INDUSTRIAL
CORPORATE FILM
EIT
An Invitation Video. A Hidden Legacy. A Bigger Opportunity.
It started as a routine call—a request to make a 15- to 30-second trade fair invitation video to be shared over WhatsApp. The goal was simple: share the stall number, create curiosity, and bring attendees to the booth.
But when we walked into the requirement gathering meeting, something changed.
Mr. Earnest, the founder of Earnest India Trading Company, was present. What began as a technical briefing turned into a moment of discovery. Here was a man who had quietly built a global business by buying out entire decommissioned textile factories across Europe, refurbishing them, and redistributing the machinery worldwide.
For over 30 years, he’d been doing this—all under the radar. We knew right then: this story needed to be told.
A Simple WhatsApp Video
The initial idea was basic—just a digital invitation to drive booth visits. But we saw a rare opportunity to build something timeless.
From Message to Legacy Film
We proposed a complete brand repositioning centered around a cinematic corporate film. This film wasn't just a promotional video; it was crafted to tell the authentic story of Mr. Earnest and his remarkable journey as a global textile machinery trader, transforming his message into a lasting legacy.
Integrated Visual Brand Refresh
To complement the film, we delivered professional product photography for Kinex, the Slovakian textile bearing, ensuring its quality was evident. We also executed a refreshed visual identity, including updated business cards and complementary stationery, all meticulously designed to align with the sophisticated aesthetic of the film and the brand.
Pioneering Industrial Narrative
This project went beyond mere content creation; it was about powerfully communicating that EIT is a pioneer in industrial machinery trading, showcasing its deep European roots and expansive reach across continents.
Delivering Excellence Under Pressure
Despite the ambitious goal of delivering all these elements in just 10 days, we embraced the challenge and said yes, proving our capability to execute high-impact brand transformations on an accelerated timeline.
From One Viewer to a ₹6 Crore Deal
Even on day one of the event, there were hiccups. The video wasn’t playing on the screen at the stall. Remote troubleshooting didn’t work, so Ashfin personally drove to the venue, fixed the issue on-site, and had everything running smoothly within 30 minutes.
The result?
The corporate film played non-stop for the next five days.
The photography and brochures looked sharp, elegant, and globally ready.
The brand presence turned heads.
And then came the moment:
on day four, a visitor stood watching the full corporate film. He noticed Mr. Earnest in the booth, nodded, and left. A few hours later, he returned—with six executives, initiating a deal worth ₹6 crore INR.
That was the real impact of visual storytelling done right.
BEYOND PARTNERSHIP
Not Just a Film—A Long-Term Business Asset
Mr. Earnest personally called to thank us—not just for the video or the branding—but for the care and strategic depth we brought into the story.
To this day, that film remains their hero corporate ad, and the photographs we took continue to be used globally for international exhibitions, B2B meetings, and trade fair branding.
Two years later, when the same trade fair returned, EIT came back to us. This time, they wanted a fresh set of creative assets and conceptual photoshoots—and once again, we delivered a suite of marketing collateral that sparked high interest and leads.
